Cull the World

Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 31, 2026

Cull the World ("the Service") is operated by Gregory Wayne Lynn ("we", "us"). When you use the Service, you are contracting with Gregory Wayne Lynn. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Cull the World is a software app for logging bass catches, culling to a best-five bag, and running tournaments and leagues: registration, weigh-in, official certification and posted standings. Paid options unlock larger single-day tournaments, more league events per season, and director plans, as listed on our Pricing page.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must give accurate information. Anglers under 18 may use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent or guardian's consent. If you buy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes:

Tournament money

The Service does not collect, hold or pay out tournament entry fees or prize money. Organizers handle those directly and are responsible for them. Bag weights logged by anglers are unofficial. Only weights certified by the tournament director are official.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Ownership and license

We own the Service and its software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have. You keep ownership of the content you add, such as catches, photos and messages. You let us host and process that content only to provide the Service.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for any of these reasons:

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certified tournament results may stay in event records after an account closes.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
