Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers tournament unlocks, league season unlocks and director plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through Messages in the app.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a director plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. A renewal payment can also be refunded within 30 days of that renewal.

Refunds are also governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
